I picked up the Blackroll foam roller and, reading between the lines of all the reviews, I figured it would be firm but not brutal. That’s pretty much exactly what it is. It digs into tight spots enough to feel like it’s doing something, but it’s not so hard that I dread using it. I’ve been rolling out after runs, especially my legs and back, and I definitely feel better afterward. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

In the end, the package arrived without any issues. I’m giving 4 stars just because of that small delay at the start, but overall the support was helpful and easy to deal with
